Return Policy:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from African Queen Naturals, we offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
